Novaris SDD DINsafe Surge Diverters offer powerful performance at domestic MSB and industrial DBs. The SDD diverters are housed in a DIN compliant, fail-safe metal enclosure.
This product is compliant with the relevant IEC lightning and surge protection standards, in particular IEC 62305 and IEC 61643. Provides protection for all combinations of lines (L-N, L-E, N-E) ensuring the maximum level of protection is achieved at all times. They have been designed for installation in any wiring system worldwide.Sustained overvoltages can cause components to overheat and degrade. This series provides thermal sensing to warn of this condition without disconnecting the protection. LED indicators are provided to indicate operating status. Contains the Novaris Surge Indicator Panel (SIP) allowing remote monitoring of external alarms with voltage free changeover contacts (SPDT) for remote status indication.Housed in a DIN 43880 compliant enclosure allowing for convenient installation on DIN rail fittings commonly used in switchboards worldwide.
Housed in safe, all metal enclosure. In the event of a prolonged overvoltage the product will not catch fire or explode.
